ALL EXHIBITS (VEGETABLES, ARTS AND CRAFTS, FARM, COOKING, PLANTS, ETC.) WILL BE ACCEPTED ONLY ON WEDNESDAY, SEPT 6 FROM 1:00 TO 7:00 PM.
NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Exhibits may only be removed on Sunday between 5:00 and 6:00 PM, or no premiums will be paid. Prize money will be available at that time.
4-H CLUB EXHIBITS
(Open to Kennebec, Somerset, Waldo, Knox and Lincoln Counties)
Club Exhibition: All clubs will display their projects as a Club unit in space (steps with back wall) assigned on a first-come basis.The space will be covered with white paper. Club member's projects are to be the major display items. The Club must display its name and city/town conspicuously. (Exception: clothing may be displayed on hangers in a special section provided).
The Clinton Lions Club Fair will provide Club Exhibit Premiums of $25 each for 4 top club displays and $10 for a top individual display, judged as follows:
Entries are open to all youth ages 6 to 19 years (pixies included) who are carrying 4-H projects. Ribbons and premiums (Blue = $2., Red = $1.50, White = $1.00) will be awarded on individual merit. Each exhibit will have a 4-H exhibit tag attached to it. Each 4-H member can exhibit one item from each of any of the project areas that the 4-H'er is taking as a 4-H project during the year. NO POSTERS allowed. Any project not deemed worthy of a premium will be disqualified by the judges. The fair will afford the best protection and care of all exhibits; however, they and the Extension Service distinctly disclaim any liability for loss or damage to exhibits or personal property of the exhibitors. Exhibits to be set up from 9 AM to 7 PM on Wednesday and may be removed after 5:00 PM on Sunday. Please check with Hall Superintendent to receive payments due.

GRANGE EXHIBITS
6 Prizes: $60, $50, $40, $30, $25, $20 plus Ribbons.
Displays of at least twenty (20) items made or crafted by a member(s) of the Grange since last years fair and displayed on our uncovered 8 foot-3 step display area with sides.

EXTENSION EXHIBITS
6 Prizes: $60, $50, $40, $30, $25, $20 plus Ribbons.
To be an educational exhibit displayed on our 8 foot, 3 step display area with sides.
