All pullers must sign a release form, accepting all liability caused by themselves, drivers and machine, and releasing the Clinton Lion's Club and its members from any liability. Helmets and Seatbelts MANDATORY. Drive Shafts must be chained. Hitch (must be a 4 inch clevis) no more than 24" from ground. Truck must have current State inspection and be driven onto fairgrounds (Super Street may be trailered). DRIVERS CANNOT HAVE BEEN DRINKING. Decision to DISQUALIFY by the Management will be FINAL.
