MUST use KERR or BALL Brand jars and matching lids. Must be canned by exhibitor within 1 year. Jars must be labeled with product name, date processed, processing method and processing time. MUST use one of the BALL Fruit Jell Pectins for category C4. Minimum of two (2) varieties in each category.
