The 2010 Clinton Lions Club Fair will be held from September 9th through September 12th at the Clinton Fairgrounds on Rt 100 in Clinton, Maine. The street address for the fairgrounds is 1450 Bangor Road, so set your GPS and join us for the fun! The first Clinton Fair was held in 1953 and continues to grow every year. Attendance is approaching 20,000 visitors a year!

You will be entertained if you'll join us at the fair! Our agricultural fair still has that small town country atmosphere but is filled with activities, food and entertainment. If you'd like to stay with us for a few days we also offer camping with water and power available at the sites. We also offer a dump station. Please enjoy the pages offered on this site and contact us with any questions or make reservations as a vendor or a camper. Vendor and camper space is very limited so make your reservations early. The Clinton Lions Club Fair proceeds all go to help fund the many charities supported by the Clinton Lions Club. Our charities include helping area youth, seniors and the needy in our community. We offer scholarships for local students, supply eyeglasses to those who need them and support vision health programs. Our Club also made a substantial donation to help the Good Shephard Food Bank of Maine purchase a generator this year.

The midway opens on thursday and continues through sunday. At 10 AM on saturday morning our parade makes it's way along Main Street through downtown Clinton.. Our parade includes local musicians, marching bands, antique cars, fire trucks, and many other local groups to entertain the large crowd that usually gathers for this annual event. This parade tends to be our towns biggest one of the year.

We pride ourselves as having one the the most entertaining and fun fairs the State of Maine has to offer. At the fair you'll find unusual food choices as well as the regular favorites and can even eat a good old fashioned home cooked meal in our own diner. We have a large agricultural exhibit with many farm animals, animal pulling, exquisite examples of almost every imaginable food variety and one of the best truck and tractor pulling events in the area. We also have a great midway with rides and games for all age groups. We have ample parking with lots of handicap spaces available. So, Join us this year at the Clinton Lions Club fair!
